I never used an electric bike before

If you can ride a bike, you won’t have any problems with an Ebike.
The only difference is that an electric bike is powered by a battery that helps you pedal, allowing you to climb a steep hill with minimum effort. An absolutely delightful experience…and no sweat!
You must be at least 5 feet tall and weigh no more than 90 kg.

Is a bicycle tour in Rome safe?

Security is very important for RomaEbike Tours. Our routes are designed to avoid traffic as much as possible, preferring smaller streets and bus lanes.
Unfortunately, there aren’t many cycle lanes in Rome. Some sections are on roads open to traffic, but following our indications carefully you won’t have any problems moving around as a Roman cyclist. Each participant will be equipped with a helmet.

How many participants are allowed on tour?

Small groups, from a minimum of 2 persons up to a maximum of 14 are preferred, so more attention can be paid to the needs of each participant and the utmost attention to their safety.

In which language are your tours?

Although our tours are programmed in English, they can also be in Italian, German, French or Spanish.

Are there any breaks during the tour?

Yes, of course. All our tours have breaks with detailed explanations of all numerous monuments and places.

What does the total fee include?

The price includes:  an easy to drive and comfortable electric bike, a helmet, a yellow vest, engaging narrations…and hours of fun!
It does not include lunch or snack during the “siesta” (except for specified tours).

Do I need to book in advance?

Since the number of participants is limited, early booking is recommended but not always necessary.

Do I have to pay a deposit to book a tour with RomaEbike Tours?

50 % due at booking and the remaining 50 % before starting the Ebike Tour.

Is the tour canceled in case of bad weather?

In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, tours are cancelled and the money will be fully refunded. In case of rain once the tour already started, our tour leader will provide you with rain gear (ponchos).
The climate in Rome is generally good, in case of rain we will have a good excuse to stop at a bar for a good cappuccino!

What is the cancellation policy?

We know that unexpected events can change plans. So we are willing to give you a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hs in advance.
There is no refund for late arrivals or for leaving the tour prematurely.
There is no penalty to change the date or time of the booking. In this case please contact us as soon as possible so we can reconfirm you on our next available tour date.
